A. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Returns that are not packed in an additional shipping box will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

The goods can be returned for the original purchase price. If an exchange is desired, a new order must be placed independently (after the return has been submitted) at the prices/promotions/discounts applicable at that time.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not members of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

Related/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound to the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation to finance it. If the loan has already been paid to us when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender will assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for this.
